We also undertake old house renovations, partial remodeling, and spatial optimization. All decisions are finalized before construction begins, leaving nothing to guesswork on site.

We have established a bilateral supply channel connecting Chinese factories with our local warehouse in Malaysia, enabling direct sourcing of structural steel, panels, aluminum doors and windows, custom millwork, and HVAC systems, optimizing overall costs while upholding material standards.
