Real materials, real workmanship
Stone, wood veneer, hardware, paint finishes, and detailing are all of the exact specifications we will use in your home, rather than small color chips from a sample book.
Lighting and proportion
Indirect lighting, LED strip placements, ceiling heights, and circulation widths are all scaled to real residential proportions. These differences cannot be seen in renderings, but are immediately apparent on-site.
Render versus reality
Comparing the design drawings of the same space side-by-side with the actual finished surfaces allows you to directly judge the consistency between our drawings and the final output.
How we are put together
Chinese design. Built in Malaysia.
Our design team comes from China, bringing mature spatial planning experience and design management systems, while construction and materials are handled locally in Malaysia, ensuring familiarity with the local climate, structural methods, and municipal regulations. Both sides collaborate within the same project team, rather than simply handing drawings over to an unfamiliar construction crew.
